A new generation of Tang configuration introduction
BYD's new generation of Tang fuel is based on the latest Dragon Face design language, which has changed significantly compared to the previous model. This is mainly due to the idea brought by former Audi design director Iger. The iconic large mouth grille is fitted with LED headlights on both sides.

It also has a 2820mm long wheelbase. It is a new generation of Tang fuel five-seat version launched at the Guangzhou Auto Show in 2018. It adopts the 2+3 seat layout and locates the five flagship SUVs with long wheelbase.
The new generation of Tang interior features a low-key black element, and the overall layout is very regular. The center console is equipped with a 12.8-inch large suspension LCD screen, which supports voice control. The screen can also be rotated 90 degrees, which is convenient for drivers and passengers. The central control area cancels the physical button design and is integrated into the screen. . In addition, the new car offers a new style of three-spoke multi-function steering wheel, full LCD instrument panel, electronic hand brake and power adjustment of the main and passenger electric seat.
The new generation of Tang fuel has a rich intelligent safety configuration and humanized comfort configuration. In terms of safety, such as ADAS intelligent auxiliary system (ACC stop-type full-speed adaptive cruise system, predictive collision warning system, LDWS lane departure warning system, traffic sign intelligent identification) and vehicle stability control system (ESP body electronic stability system, ABS Anti-lock brake system, CDP parking brake deceleration control system). In terms of humanization, there are main and auxiliary electric seat adjustment, seat ventilation heating, kick-type induction electric tailgate, rear independent automatic air conditioner and so on.
The fuel-powered model is powered by BYD's self-developed 2.0TI engine codenamed BYD487ZQA. It has dual variable valve timing, double balance shaft, and direct injection in the cylinder. The maximum power is 151kW and the peak torque is 320N·m. It also matches the 6-speed automatic manual transmission, which comes from Hyundai Power, with S-motion and ECO mode, with a maximum torque of 360 N·m. The chassis was specially tuned by the team led by expert Hans Kirk.
