Brake shoe

The brake shoe refers to the accessory that is pushed outward by the brake cam or the push rod to push the brake to act as a brake. It is mounted on the brake drum and is one of the key safety parts in the brake system of the car. The shape of the brake shoe is like a half moon shape. When the brake is applied, the two-and-a-half-shaped brake shoes are externally stretched under the action of the brake wheel cylinder, and the brake shoes are supported to rub against the inner wall of the brake drum to slow down or stop.
