AMS countries need to declare

(Among them, the US declaration of ISF must be provided to US Customs 48 hours prior to departure; otherwise, a fine of USD5000 will be imposed, with AMS fee of 25 USD / ticket and modification of 40 USD / ticket).

As of July 1, 2016, AMS must be declared in advance for all goods imported into the Philippines. In addition to the original EBS, CIC will incur an extra AMS surcharge in the Philippines. The goods to the Philippines require the AMS to be declared in advance.

Need to declare ENS countries

ENS costs 25-35 USD / ticket for all EU member states.

ENS (Entry Summary Declaration), is the abbreviation of "Immigration Summary Declaration", referring to the European Customs advanced manifest rules. For all goods entering the European Union, the company must submit the Entry Summary Declaration (ENS) to the first port of call in the EU country to which the container ship is anchored and must submit it 24 hours prior to loading the port of loading.
