① Hairline marks: fine scratches caused by car washing, wiping or slight friction, generally no feeling on hand.
② Shallow scratches: The topcoat is damaged, and the scratches without leakage of the primer are shallow scratches. Feel it with your hands.
③ Moderate scratches: The topcoat is damaged, and the scratches where the primer leaks out are moderate scratches.
④ Deep scratches: The scratches leaking out of the car iron plate are deep scratches that cannot be repaired by polishing.
⑤ Wound scratches: Refers to scratches where metal is severely injured.
Different scratch wounds have different treatment methods, and their respective characteristics should be grasped and corresponding nursing measures should be taken. For hairline scratches, a strong polishing agent can be used for polishing; for slight scratches and moderate scratches, grinding can be used for treatment; while deep scratches and wound scratches need to be partially touched up deal with. Because the partial touch-up process is complicated and belongs to the painting content.
KISHO nano coating teaches you the identification method for distinguishing which parts of the car paint surface need to be polished:
1. Visual discrimination method: If you can see the clear shadow of yourself when you look at the paint surface with naked eyes, it means that the mirror effect of the paint surface is good and you don't need to polish it. If you see that your shadow is blurry, you can only tell a rough outline, indicating that the paintwork of the car body needs polishing. Similarly, if the car feels very bright when you are far away from the car, but the difference is very obvious when you are close at hand, it means that the car paint has brightness but lacks depth and needs to be polished. The visual resolution method is suitable for cars with darker body paint, such as red, black and dark blue.
2. Tactile resolution method: For cars with lighter body paint, tactile resolution method can be used. Put smooth cellophane (such as the glass film of a cigarette box) on your fingers, and then gently slide it over the painted surface. If the hand feel has obvious unevenness, it means the paint surface is rough and needs polishing.
