Compressor oil classification
Compressor oil is a type of petroleum product. Used to lubricate the cylinder, valve and piston rod seals of the compressor. High anti-oxidation stability and high flash point are required. Usually, the flash point should be 40 °C higher than the maximum temperature at which the compressor is compressed. Its viscosity should be suitable for the type of compressor and working conditions.
Compressor oil can be divided into two types according to the type of base oil: mineral oil type compressor oil and synthetic type compressor oil. According to the structure type of compressor, it can be divided into reciprocating air compressor oil and rotary type. Air compressor oil; divided into air compressor oil and gas compressor oil according to the nature of the compressed gas; according to the air compressor, light, medium and heavy load compressor oil.
