Grease sealed gas storage tank
The cylinder has a circular cross section. The I-beam steel column is arranged at a certain distance outside the cylinder wall, and a plurality of circular pedestrian corridors are installed along the full height to strengthen the rigidity of the thin-walled cylinder. The piston is spherical. The top surface of the piston is provided with a truss along the outer periphery, and each of the truss has a guide wheel on the upper and lower sides thereof, and slides up and down along the inner side of the tube wall as the piston moves up and down. The truss and guide wheels also prevent the piston from tilting during operation. The sealing mechanism of the gas storage tank is composed of a sealing ring and a pressing device which are pressed by a cotton cloth and a rubber interlayer. Grease is injected between the seal and the tank wall to enhance sealing performance and reduce friction.
