Photosensitive resin properties
The photosensitive resin is photosensitive because it contains a photosensitive functional group. Because it contains different types of photosensitive groups, the photosensitive resin can undergo different photochemical reactions, such as photodecomposition, photocrosslinking, and photopolymerization. In a practical photosensitive resin system, two kinds of changes may occur simultaneously, such as photopolymerization and photocrosslinking, photodecomposition and photocrosslinking.
