Principle of the transfer case
Each shaft of the transfer case is supported by two tapered roller bearings, and the bearing tightness is adjusted with the corresponding adjustment pad.
When off-road vehicles are driving on good roads, in order to reduce power consumption and drive train parts and tire wear, it is generally necessary to cut off the power of the front axle. In the case of off-road driving, if low-speed power is required, in order to prevent the rear axle and the middle axle from being overloaded, the low-speed power should be shared by all the axles. To this end, the transfer mechanism has the following requirements: the front axle must not be attached to the front axle, and the lower axle must not be removed.
